Figure naturalistically depicting the animal, with visible veins, face expression, hoofs & the mane. Excellent details to horse's straps, saddle & movable saddle pads, with every strap knob intact. Overall very good condition, paint loss due to age, wear & tear.
Some visible usual scratches, no damage to the sculpture, no missing elements, pin-pointed (dents like) spots around back left side. Marked: impressed'B' with-in an urn, numbered 3125, inscribed GESCHUTZT. Foundry Mark placed on the side of the saddle. Length under 9 1/4 in.
