In really stunning, estate-fresh, exceptionally well-preserved overall antique condition. It has only two very small and almost expected condition issues, regarding how extraordinarily delicate and unrelentingly ornate the piece is and how old it is, now being between 105 to 135 years old.
Only the very tip of one leaf appears to may have suffered tiny, nearly unnoticeable loss on its very tip, which is incredible, considering how three-dimensional and vulnerable the piece has been and for how many years it was interacted with. The second and final instance of damage is what appears to be a single thin vine with a barely noticeable line (crack) going through its width.
No attempt has been made to try and remedy (repair) or to otherwise disguise this flaw. The vessel's body however, is free of hairline cracks or sidewall'bruises.
The top of the vessel's opening is also miraculously free of noticeable flea-bites and glaze flakes. The piece was thoroughly inspected, carefully washed and rinsed and aside from the normal, expected crazing in the kiln-fired faience ground quartz glaze on the body, fruit and vines, this incredibly detailed late 19th to early 20th century Aus t r i an Art Nouveau, amphora, Turn-Teplitz, stamped, hand-built ceramic, decorated vessel, with applied fruit, vines and leaves, remains in exceptional, extraordinary condition.
