Antique AUSTRIAN Cold Painted Figural Table Lamp Arabian Couple Under Palm Tree

Features an Arabian couple under a palm tree. He may be sneaking up behind her in a lecherous manner. This is as found, but appears to be original paint.

One palm leaf seems to be missing, and there is minor paint wear as shown. It appears to be a mix of metals, and is probably spelter. It weighs quite a bit. The base may be brass or bronze, as a gold color can be seen where paint is missing on top. The palm leaves are magnetic, so probably tin. One leaf moves back and forth to position for light blocking or not.
