Antique German Art Nouveau Kayserzinn #4061 Pewter Bacchus-Satyr-Devil Pitcher

Erman pewter Art Nouveau pitcher with embossed image of the head of Bacchus-a satyr-or the devil. Take your pick of who or what you think it is.

Dimensions: 12 1/2" by 8 1/2" at the widest point including the handle. Impressed mark on the bottom: 18, Kayserzinn 4061. There is no country of origin indicated, so this example might be from the early 1890s.

Very Good condition: never polished; original patina, but with 1 small scrape area near the bottom of the main body. All S & H is based on the actual weight of the package.
