This is a genuine, antique watercolor portrait of a young women in Victorian dress from the 1890s. It is in the original frame which is wood with gold accept painting in an oval. The frame is 25 inches tall and 21 inches wide in their largest points. The painting has been protected behind glass which is intact.

The painting is currently held in with tape with a cardboard backing. It looks like their use to be another backing which is no longer there.
