Art Nouveau Austrian Crystal Overlay Cut Glass Decanter Famosa LPW Hand Blown

Hand blown and hand cut decanter with stopper in excellent condition with rare foil label almost fully intact on the bottom. The double overlay results in three layers of glass. The inner layer is milk white, the center layer is light amber/yellow, and the outer layer is dark amber/chestnut. The artist cut through the outer layer to the center layer to produce decor. The white and amber layers produce the "caramel" color. Stopper also in excellent condition other than a chip on bottom. Please see pictures for further description.
