Up for your consideration is a very f ine antique Austrian bronze sculpture titled "Victory" by Ernst Hegenbarth, signed & dated 1908. The piece is further marked with the founder/maker on the back side. The sculpture depicts a young woman in a bold pose, standing over the bodies of two fallen men. It measures 14.75" tall, 5" wide, and 4.5 deep. The sculpture is in excellent condition, free of dents, dings, or restorations. The patina is bold and even throughout, and there is some verdigris (green oxidation) to the back left side (see the last few photos).
