Antique Johann Maresch JM Art Nouveau Terracotta Wall Plaque of a Woman/ Austrian Art Pottery. Up for your consideration is an Antique Johann Maresch JM Art Nouveau Terracotta Wall Plaque of a Woman -Austrian Art Pottery. This plaque has strong Art Nouveau tones especially with the detailing around the borders and the styling of the woman's hair. Johann Maresch was active in the second half of the 19. He worked with both Bernard Bloch and Ernst Wahliss.

The approximate measurement of the plaque is 9 x 10 ¾. The condition of the plaque is excellent antique pre-owned condition. No chips, cracks, breaks or hairlines.

There is a surface scratch to her hair as seen in the photos. Also, a white mark-see photos. Marked on the back as seen in the photo.
