Perhaps one of the most dramatic pieces(and large too) of late 19th century Julius Dressler--I have ever seen and I have handled over two hundred pieces of his wonderful majolica in my lifetime. I bought it with these two flaws because it was so outstanding and I had never seen another like it. Very solid and no threat to stability--but you must know they are there--just like I did when I bought it... The pictures will justify my raving over the beauty of this thing.
