Paul Daschel Amphora Austrian Art Nouveau Ceramic Pottery Vase w Mushroom Trees c. This is a beautiful vase, made by Paul Daschel. It has his crown mark, dual ovals, and dual maker numbers on the bottom. The vase sides feature a different scene; on one side is a very desirable and unique "mushroom tree, " the other depicts a woman and second laborer in a field, both carrying bushels of wheat overhead. The piece is roughly 10.5" tall and 6.5" in diameter at the base, and 4 in diameter at the mouth. Overall, the piece is in excellent condition. There are no visible chips or cracks. A stamp of origin, a potter's mark, and numbered workshop stamp are all visible on the bottom of the vase. All items are all stored in a smoke and pet free home.
