Austrian Art Nouveau Hyancith Vases "Pepita" by Josef Rindskopf - circa 1900. A fabulous pair of Austrian'Hyancith' shape art glass vases from the Josef Rindskopf factory. This shape an interpretation of the Hyancith flower and is the transition from Art Nouveau to the Secessionist movement. The vases are coloured an iridescent red at the top and transition to the greenish yellow at the bottom. I don't often come across a pair - I mostly have seen single vases.
